I am comfortable with the term sensei as a teacher and mark of respect but I see you as my equal and am expecting you to be able to stand alongside me. If you are using it and are happy with it then carry on using it. I would suggest that you try a test of restoring some of the data sometime to make sure that it is OK for your needs.
